Howard oversees all non-scripted production and development at Foxtel Group, with his team working across Foxtel channels and BINGE, including Lifestyle, Entertainment and Factual. It’s a hugely diverse slate that has included Real Housewives, Selling Houses, Love It or List It, , Great Australian Bake Off, SOLD!, Luxury Escapes, Deadliest Dinners and Apocalypse.
He has also been responsible for true crime series Debi Marshall Investigates and Crimes That Shook Australia. Howard has won AACTA Awards for Love It or List It and Gogglebox, as well as a Silver Logies for Ron Iddles: The Good Cop. Originally from the UK, Howard worked his way through production as an Editor, Director and Producer, gaining several BAFTA and Royal Television Society nominations along the way. Previous roles include Director of Production for Disney Channels UK & Europe (managing hundreds of hours of live shows and original series); Head of Formats & Creative Director for Buena Vista Productions in London & Los Angeles (supervising sales and international production of formats including The Amazing Race and Extreme Makeover, as well as scripted remakes of Desperate Housewives and The Golden Girls); and Managing Director/Executive Producer for Rival Media.

Richard Hickey is the Chief Creative Officer, Strategic Productions at Moonbug Entertainment, where he leads the creative direction of major strategic productions and identifies new opportunities to expand the long-term potential of Moonbug’s IP and franchises. His focus spans film, partnerships, new formats and franchise extensions, including major projects such as 'CoComelon: The Movie,' out in theaters February 2027.

Rich has been instrumental in Moonbug’s growth from a digital-first children’s content company into a global entertainment business. As Chief Creative Officer, he oversees creative development and production across the company’s portfolio of brands, including 'CoComelon,' 'Blippi,' 'Little Angel,' 'Little Baby Bum,' 'Morphle' and 'Oddbods,' and content distributed across YouTube and major streaming platforms including Netflix and Disney+.

Rich has helped shape the creative strategy behind Moonbug’s franchises as audiences across its channels grew from approximately 400 million monthly views to billions of views each month. He has also played a key role in expanding Moonbug’s storytelling beyond its digital roots and into new formats, platforms and entertainment experiences.

Rich has more than 20 years of experience across film, television and advertising, developing and creating both long- and short-form content. Prior to Moonbug, he developed children’s content across formats ranging from short-form and emerging technologies to feature films, and working as a director with studios including DreamWorks, Sony and Paramount.

Ellie Madritsch is Head of Development at Fremantle, where she works closely with writers, creators and producers to develop original series for the Australian and international market.

Her work is driven by a focus on cultural impact - championing cut-through, commercial storytelling. Ellie brings both creative and strategic oversight to projects, helping shape them from early idea through to commission.

Anna Curtis is a creative producer for Fremantle Australia working across scripted drama and was co-producer on the third and final season of the International Emmy Award winning Netflix series, HEARTBREAK HIGH.

Anna began her career in audio production, both as a panel operator andhost at Melbourne’s Triple R Community Radio, and as assistant producer at post sound house, Bang Bang Studios, before making the shift to television working with Seven Studios where she worked on 2021's BACK TO THE RAFTERS and HOME AND AWAY.
