Screen Producers Australia - Qantas Aquire Business Rewards

Qantas supports screen businesses with benefits for our members and delegates.

Qantas Aquire

Screen Producers Australia, Qantas and Aquire are working together to support the Australian film and television industry – and Screen Producers Australia members and delegates to SCREEN FOREVER 2015 get to enjoy the benefits.

One of the benefits for members and delegates is access to complimentary membership of Aquire, the business rewards program from Qantas. Normally valued at $89.50, any Australian-based business with an ABN can join and start earning Aquire Points.¹

Additionally, delegates to SCREEN FOREVER, the Australian screen production industry annual conference 17 – 19 November 2015 in Melbourne, have access to discounted Qantas flights from major capital cities to and from the conference until 31 October 2015.²

Missed out on the flight discount? No worries. Aquire members receive up to 15% off Domestic and International airfares booked by 16 December 2015, and up to 10% off airfares year round. To access Aquire Flight Deals simply book via Qantas Business Direct or participating travel agents7.

What Is Aquire?
  • Aquire is Qantas’ Business Rewards Program
  • A once-off join fee applies and any Australian based business with an ABN can become a member¹
  • Aquire is similar to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program which rewards individuals with Qantas Points³ for choosing Qantas, partner airlines and a range of other partners
  • Aquire rewards businesses with Aquire Points for flying with Qantas and purchasing goods and services from more than 25 Aquire partners as part of normal business activity
  • Aquire Points convert into Qantas Points at a rate of 1:1 into any Qantas Frequent Flyer account.³
Getting Your Free Aquire Membership Is Easy
  • Usually, a one-off $89.50 join fee applies, however this will be waived for Screen Producers Australia members and SCREEN FOREVER delegates who join via the SCREEN FOREVER offer, before 30 November 2015.¹

How To Earn Aquire Points
  1. When booking eligible flights4 for business related travel, simply include your business’ ABN and the individual traveller’s Qantas Frequent Flyer number.
  2. Your business could earn Aquire Points on top of the Qantas Points the individual traveller earns on the same flight.
  3. Accumulate enough Aquire Points which can then be converted to Qantas Points and redeemed for a range of rewards. To earn from flying, you only need two travellers and 20,000 Aquire Points each membership year.
  4. Aquire Points can also be earned with more than 25 other Aquire partners. Remember to quote your business’ ABN when transacting with partners to earn Aquire Points on your business spend.
What Can Aquire Points Be Redeemed For?
  • Aquire Points convert to Qantas Points, at a rate of 1:1
  • Business owners can choose whose Qantas Frequent Flyer account they convert Aquire Points into
  • Ways to reward your business:
    - Split Qantas Points among business owners
    - Gift Qantas Points to employees as reward and recognition
    - Redeem Qantas Points for business travel.

Qantas Points can be redeemed for flights, upgrades, hotel stays, travel insurance, gift vouchers, or the many products available in the Qantas Store. See the range of reward options using Qantas Points for further information.

Once converted, use Qantas Points towards Classic Flight Rewards to offset the cost of business travel or select from the range of products available from the Qantas Store.5

With Aquire Flight Deals, your business could enjoy savings of up to 10% off the base fare on selected Qantas airfares when booked in advance6. Aquire Flight Deals are available for bookings through participating travel agents or direct via Qantas Business Direct.

Thank your hardest workers by converting the business’ Aquire Points to Qantas Points to an employee’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account as recognition for a job well done or run a staff incentive and give Qantas Points as the prize.

There are more than 25 Aquire partners including Qantas, Qantas Freight, Westpac, GIO, Avis, Budget, Staples and more, so there are many ways to earn Aquire Points on business spend. View a full list of current partners.
