Industry Training
SPA offers members access to practical, industry-specific training to support safe, respectful and compliant workplaces.
Members can enrol employees and agents free of charge in Respectful Workplaces and Contact Officer e-courses. We encourage making this training a standard part of your employment policies to help prevent discrimination, harassment or bullying.

SPA offers membership categories tailored to different sectors of the screen industry, including Associate, Producer, and Services & Facilities memberships.
Whether you are an emerging practitioner, an established production business, or a company providing services to the industry, there is a membership option designed to support your professional and business goals.
Membership Obligations
SPA members contribute to the organisation’s advocacy and industry activities through a levy applied to each production, regardless of format or funding source.
The levy is included in the standard A–Z budget template and is recognised as Qualifying Australian Production Expenditure (QAPE) for the purposes of the Producer Offset.
