SPA Accreditation Scheme - Acknowledging the Producer
The accreditation S.P.A. mark and use of the SPA logo, for member productions to include in their screen credits, is an acknowledgement of the producer role and contribution, is referenced to when classifying eligible producers for inclusion in the Screen Producers Australia Awards and can assist in mediation of any credit disputes.
Respectful Workplaces Training
SPA provide the Respectful Workplaces E-Course to educate producers and their employees on their obligations under relevant legislation and the effects and consequences of unacceptable workplace behaviour. The E-Course is specifically designed for the sector and is a free benefit for Members and Associates, their staff, cast and production crews.
Qantas Baggage Allowance
Members can access exclusive Qantas SPA Member baggage allowances for domestic production travel of up to three extra pieces to a maximum of 23kg each. Whether sending out a team on a spec/location shoot or individuals carrying their own equipment, Qantas's SPA Member offer saves producers and their crews considerable amounts in transporting their equipment around the country.
Virgin Baggage Allowance
Members can access exclusive Virgin SPA Member baggage allowances for domestic production travel of up to three extra pieces to a maximum of 60kg. Whether sending out a team on a spec/location shoot or individuals carrying their own equipment, Virgin's SPA Member offer saves producers and their crews considerable amounts in transporting their equipment around the country.

Require a writers/brainstorming room or in Sydney from interstate and need a hotdesk? The SPA office in Surry Hills has a boardroom equipped to host 10 people and space available free of charge to members.
