Ones To Watch is SPA's flagship professional development and mentoring program, designed to support the next generation of Australian screen practitioners.
Now in its latest iteration, the program offers two tailored pathways: Ones To Watch Producers and Ones To Watch Creators. Successful applicants are matched with experienced industry mentors for personalised one-on-one guidance; gain access to an exclusive six-month series of industry webinars: and discounted registration, curated industry meetings and networking opportunities at SCREEN FOREVER in 2027.
Participants are eligible to apply for the Ones To Watch Screen Placement, supported by Screen Australia, providing a $20,000 contribution towards an international industry placement.
Applications are now open for the Ones to Watch 2026/27 program. Applications close on Monday 17 August 2026 at 2:00pm AEST.
