Screen Producers Australia (SPA) is proud to announce the Ones To Watch cohort for 2025. This year’s ensemble represents a diverse group of talented early-career producers from across Australia, working across feature film, television, factual & animation.

Since its launch in 2013, the Ones To Watch program has grown into one of Australia’s most respected professional development and mentoring initiatives for emerging screen producers. Over six months, the program connects participants with the industry knowledge, professional networks and tailored mentorship that can accelerate their careers and build the foundations for long-term success in Australia’s bold and dynamic screen sector.

Participants will be matched with leading Australian producers for 1-on-1 mentorship, take part in an exclusive professional development program designed to meet their individual goals, and gain access to some of the best minds in the industry. The program culminates at SCREEN FOREVER 40 in 28-30 April 2026, where the cohort will showcase their projects and strengthen their industry connections.

Each participant will also be eligible to apply for the Ones To Watch Screen Placement, supported by Screen Australia, offering AU$20,000 towards a career-defining placement with a production company anywhere in the world.
